Article 1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Camping Liabaquet. By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.2 Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid when we have confirmed them in writing.
Article 2. Reservation and Confirmation
2.1 A reservation is established at the moment we have confirmed your enquiry in writing (by e-mail).
2.2 We aim to respond to every enquiry within 24 hours.
2.3 An enquiry submitted via the online form is a request to check availability — not a confirmed reservation until we have confirmed it.
Article 3. Payment
3.1 Prices and payment terms are stated in our final quote.
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is due upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is to be paid as described in the quote.
3.3 In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Article 4. Cancellation by the Guest
4.1 Cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail).
4.2 The cancellation policy as stated in our quote and on this website applies.
4.3 We strongly recommend that guests take out travel and/or cancellation insurance.
Article 5. Arrival and Departure
5.1 The applicable arrival and departure times are stated in our confirmation.
5.2 Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid form of identification.
5.3 The accommodation is provided in a neat and tidy condition and must be left in the same state by the guest.
Article 6. House Rules and Conduct
6.1 The guest agrees to abide by our house rules and the instructions of our staff.
6.2 In the event of serious nuisance, vandalism, or failure to comply with the house rules, we reserve the right to exclude the guest from the premises without any refund of the stay.
6.3 The guest is liable for any damage caused by themselves or their fellow travellers.
Article 7. Liability
7.1 We are not liable for damage to guests' personal belongings or injuries sustained during a stay, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
7.2 We are not liable for the unavailability of facilities due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, breakdowns, etc.).
Article 8. Complaints
8.1 Complaints are preferably discussed in person on-site during the stay, so that we are able to assist you promptly.
8.2 Written complaints may be submitted by e-mail within 14 days of departure.
Article 9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district in which we are established.
